Can I return/exchange my order?
Returns/exchanges are allowed within 14 days for unworn, brand new items. Please kindly refer to our return/exchange policy here: 

How much is shipping in Singapore?
Shipping is complimentary on orders above S$50. Otherwise, regular courier shipping will be S$3.80

How long will shipping take?
Shipping takes 2-3 working days for orders in Singapore.

Can I place an order for urgent delivery?
Yes, we do offer same-day shipping at S$15 or next-day shipping at S$10. Do ensure that orders are placed before 6PM. 

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure that you’ve entered the correct shipping address at checkout as we cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once orders are shipped out, you will receive a tracking number to your email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please kindly check out shipping policy here: 

How do I wash and care for the apparels?
We would encourage you to put them in a laundry bag. Do ensure zips are zipped up and buttons are buttoned up. Do not use fabric softener. Do not dry clean or wring them. Hang them out to dry if possible. 

Do you have a size guide?
Do kindly refer to product measurements under each product or simply measure against any piece of clothing that best fits your child. 

Will you bring in more sizes?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards via Shop Pay & PayPal. 

Can I request for gift wrap? 
Kindly send us an email with your order number and we will pack it in a box for you :)
